Weapons Return Policy
Returns are accepted for defective merchandise only.
DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR GUN IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER.
Please inspect your gun thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a gun is transferred to you it is considered USED, even if you have not fired it. Consequently, we cannot take to gun back and provide a full refund.Non Weapons Return Policy
Practical Defense International is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your non-weapons purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase.
The following conditions apply:- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A 20% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear)
- Weapons sales are not included in this return policy. Please contact Practical Defense International for the Policy on weapons returns before purchasing.
- Ammunition is non returnable or refundable.
Customer satisfaction is a high priority at Practical Defense International LLC. Therefore, we urge you to read the following information. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to making you firearms purchase.
- All warranty's are covered by the products manufacturer. Practical Defense International LLC will be glad to assist in helping with a warranty issue. If you have a problem please email or call we will be glad to help get the problem ironed out.
- There is no warranty on used guns unless otherwise specified in writing before purchase.
- Any returned items must be unfired and in the exact condition in which they were shipped to your dealer. This includes boxes and accessories.
- All returned items must have an RMA#, which is assigned by Practical Defense International.
- Any shipping, credit card or auction fees are nonrefundable.
- New firearms are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair.
- Practical Defense International LLC neither warrants nor guarantees any weapon or item purchased. The original manufacturer warrants the item. We will be happy to be of any assistance possible with your warranty claim.
